P1967 – Trustful check engine speed MMC Colt

FUNCTION

  • Compare the actual engine rpm through the crank angle sensor signal trip with the assumed engine rpm through the crank angle sensor signal pulse number after the specified period.

    • TROUBLE JUDGMENT

  • During the engine running.
  • The difference between the actual engine speed and the assumed engine speed is 300 r/min or more.

    • PROBABLE CAUSE

  • Failed engine-ECU

    • DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

    STEP 1. M.U.T.-III diagnosis code

  • After clearing the diagnosis code through M.U.T.-III, start the engine and confirm whether the diagnosis code is output.
